Allen was quick to solve questions. We had a couple issues that he is committed to fixing. The location is easy to get to and convenient to amenities. The rooms are individually heated so the couple of bedrooms we didn't use, we didn't heat. The TV system was not set up for accessible viewing, it runs very slow and hard to get into the offered streaming services. Local and cable is not offered, so no football on New Years!
