This was perfect for my daughter's and Spring Break trip to Seattle. The location was great; easy walking distance to Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, and Safeway and very close to both the West Seattle Bridge and the Water Taxi.
The space was very clean and had everything we needed. There was a bedroom with a Queen bed and a pull-out couch in the living room, kitchen with cookware and dishes, and bathroom with incredible waterfall shower.
The upstairs is rented separately, so there may be people upstairs. The sound from upstairs definitely travels to this unit, but there is a strictly enforced quiet time from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am.
The host is very responsive. He got back to me right away when I couldn't figure out the TV, and when the neighbors upstairs were playing their music loudly at 10:30 pm he actually called them for us and reminded them of the quiet hours so they turned their music off.
Overall we were very happy with the experience and would book this unit again.
