Our family friendly home is right next to the famous BG trial.
The focal point is the spacious living room with 15 feet high ceiling, wet bar, and abundant natural light. it’s designed for you to relax.

*. Steps disclosure: 4 stairs at entrance. This is a 4 stories single family house and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be comfortable with stairs.
*. AC Disclosure: 1 mini split AC in the master bedroom on the top floor. No other AC but only tower fans are provided in the house.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.

They accommodated us last minute and were very responsiveShow more House was amazing and ideal for a good sized group. We had family over for pizza the day before a wedding and everyone was amazed! The three lanai’s were awesome and having a home gym was pretty cool. Tons of parking and literally steps from a great walking/biking/hiking trail!
There were two minor maintenance items and Allen had them fixed super quick. For what you get (4,500 square feet and a lake view off three different lanai’s), this place is really a bargain compared to getting 2 or 3 hotel rooms…and the kitchen was surprisingly well outfitted.
