- There are 2 portable AC units, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom, the building doesn't have central AC.
Panoramic views of the Olympic Mountains and Puget Sound are available from the building's rooftop terrace. We have a barbecue pit with tables and chairs. Drinking wine or coffee while overlooking the water is an excellent way to spend an afternoon or evening. A great place to watch the ferries sail in and out, as well as admire the sunset.
There's also a European courtyard with fountains and hummingbirds if you're looking for some peace and quiet after all the hustle and bustle of city life and sight-seeing.
There is no charge for parking in this well-lit and well-guarded garage. The elevator will take you straight to your apartment! The availability of free or on-site parking is uncommon because it is so expensive in Seattle.

The house is located in the center of Belltown. Belltown's 2nd Avenue location is the best in the city. You're only a few blocks from some of the city's most popular attractions. Three blocks from the Pike Place Market; five blocks away is Space Needle.

Amenities
The location is perfect. The price is worth it, especially with free parking, a hot tub, and a pool in the building. The door to the bedroom with two beds doesn’t close completely. Also, the curtain in that room is too thin, making it bright and hot. Allen was very responsive. It is a spot with many places to walk to! Great place to stay. Location is prime, Allen was a great host!! It's a very nice unit, but could be great with a little effort. There was a lot of clutter in the closets so not a lot of space to put suitcases. Felt like the unit needs to be gone through, although it was very clean aside from the closet clutter. The bedroom with the two twin beds had mattresses of differing quality. You could see the difference when you walked in the room with one sad, thin mattress, and one nice, thick mattress. Probably not a big deal when traveling with kids, but for a group of adults, it was unfortunate. The one pocket door is hanging crooked and is hard to operate and the doors to the laundry couldn't be closed. Appreciated the sound machines, ice trays and water filter pitcher that were provided, and the kitchen is well stocked with glasses, mugs, plates and such. The location and security of the building can't be beat, and the price for that and the other building amenities (like secure parking) is what keeps us coming back. We love this location.
