If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we provide 1 parking permit for an outdoor parking space. *. Step Disclosure: The entrance is in the back of the house and there are few steps at the entrance.
*. Noise Disclosure: There may be guests staying in the upstairs unit. You may hear some noise from time to time from upstairs.
*. AC Disclosure: Thermostat control is only available in the upper unit. However, portable heaters are provided for additional heating as needed.
*. Parking Disclosure：There is no dedicated parking for this home. We provide a city-issued guest parking permit for free street parking and the space is usually quite available.
*. Shared facility: Laundry room and gym is shared with the upstairs guest.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per day.
*. Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome at $100 per pet, with a maximum of two pets allowed. Please inform us in advance if you’ll be bringing any pets and specify the number. The fee for additional pets beyond one will be processed manually after reservation confirmation.
*. Pet policy: This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.View More
