* We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have one night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
* We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
* Step Disclosure: There are more than 15 steps in front of the entrance. Elders with knee problems should be aware.
* AC/ Heating pump Disclosure: There are mini split AC in every room, it also works as heating as well.
House Rules and Guidelines:
• Windows & Doors: Keep windows and doors closed to prevent insects and mold. Leaving them open while the AC is on may incur a fee of up to $250. Recommend AC setting is between 72-83°F.
• Quiet Hours & Parties: Excessive noise or loud music after 9:00 PM may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
• No smoking: Smoking of any kind is prohibited. Evidence of smoking will result in a $250 fee and may lead to eviction without a refund.View More

will book again if going to Seattle. Thanks! Nice and quiet location. Quick walk to the grocery store, public transportation, and restaurants. Host was helpful, friendly, and communicative. This was a nice cozy unit with a great view. Parking was easy, it was easy to find and well worth the price. I would stay again Solid place. Not much parking but overall well time. Host was responsive and made checking in & out very simple. Would use host again!
