*. Parking Disclosure: One Off-street Parking Spots in Front of the House. Free Street Parking is available. Please read the signs on the street to avoid parking on restricted spots.
*. We allow a pet to tag along but we'll have to charge an extra $100 for deep cleaning.
*. Stairs Disclosure: The property features one flight of stairs at the entrance leading to the main level, which includes bedrooms and a full bathroom. This may not be suitable for guests with concerns of climbing stairs.
*. AC Disclosure: Bedrooms 1 and 2 are equipped with window air conditioning units. There is no air conditioning in the living room and basement.
*. Pet fee: 2 dogs max (30 lbs each), no cats. Only Well-trained pets are welcome at $100 per pet. Please let us know if you’ll bring any pet and how many. Pet fee beyond one pet is processed manually post reservation confirmation.
*. Pet policy: This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per night.View More

This is a great house for a family! Very cozy with lots of options! It was fun to explore the area since it’s right next to a park :) The location was ideal for our visit, at a reasonable walk to the university and in a seemingly safe enough neighborhood. There’s plenty of life and activity happening all around, but nothing outrageous and our sleep was not disturbed. There is a park directly across the street and we loved the view of beautiful cherry trees and even Mt Rainier on a clear day.
We found the beds comfortable, the showers were good and there was plenty of hot water. Appliances all worked well, there was even laundry detergent available. It’s shoes-off, no smoking/vaping place and we appreciate that.
They provided body wash/shampoo and cotton balls, Qtips and flossers. In the kitchen there was a relatively new spice rack, and coffee (k-pods) and individual creamers provided, but no other basics for cooking (no oil, salt, sugar or condiments, FYI).
The location was key for our vacation and we would definitely consider staying again when we return to Seattle. Thank you! Tiffany
