- There are 2 portable AC units, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom, the building doesn't have central AC.
Panoramic views of the Olympic Mountains and Puget Sound are available from the building's rooftop terrace. We have a barbecue pit with tables and chairs. Drinking wine or coffee while overlooking the water is an excellent way to spend an afternoon or evening. A great place to watch the ferries sail in and out, as well as admire the sunset.
There's also a European courtyard with fountains and hummingbirds if you're looking for some peace and quiet after all the hustle and bustle of city life and sight-seeing.
There is no charge for parking in this well-lit and well-guarded garage. The elevator will take you straight to your apartment! The availability of free or on-site parking is uncommon because it is so expensive in Seattle.
There is a swimming pool, a sauna, a fitness center, and a club room available.
The house is located in the center of Belltown. Belltown's 2nd Avenue location is the best in the city. You're only a few blocks from some of the city's most popular attractions. Three blocks from the Pike Place Market; five blocks away is Space Needle.

Great location with lots of restaurants nearby! Allen communicated everything well and his place was exactly what we needed. The condo was just as described and lots of great amenities in it and I'm the building. It was less than 10 minutes from the cruise terminal too which was very convenient. We'd stay here again for sure! We had the pleasure of staying at this condo for a long weekend. The unit is spacious and thoughtfully designed, featuring modern appliances. The unit offers secure parking onsite. The management team has been exceptional from day one. They are responsive, professional, and genuinely care about the residents' well-being. Location-wise, this condo is unbeatable. Situated in a vibrant neighborhood, it's within walking distance to a variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops. This condo offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and community. If you're looking for a place that truly feels like home in the heart of Seattle, I highly recommend considering this property. Because poor communication I missed a very important appointment that still costed me a thousand dollars for not even go Great location and cozy apartment with well stocked kitchen!
