*. Note that the home is located right by I-5. During the day, there is considerable noise in the home especially in the living room and dining room areas. The noise is also noticeable in the top floor bedroom with the twin beds as that bedroom faces I-5. The two bedrooms on the main floor are quieter. We provide ear plugs for light sleepers.

*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per day.
*. Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome at $100 per stay (up to two dogs). Please let us know if you’ll bring any pet and how many. Pet fee beyond one pet is processed manually post reservation confirmation.

Amenities
It satisfied our criteria for walki g to UW Medical Center. It had enough beds for our needs. The kitchen was well equipped. The house was clean and was a charming early century craftsman with beautiful dining room paneling.
There were things that didn't work since we know and follow Seattle recycling and composting requirements. There was only one compost bag for composting and no dishwasher pods. I had to buy these There was no inside recycle bin. The trash bags did not fit the trash can without stretching it. The bed in my mother-in-law's bedroom was thin, sagged snd she heard springs ping. It probably needs a box spring.
So a good place to stay if you don't mi d the I-5 traffic noise, but a few thi gs could improve.
