* We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
* We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
* Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per night.View More

Free parking garage on premises
the place was very nice and the host was very responsive, it was perfect for what we needed. This has to be the worst AirBnb rental. After briefly checking it out and talking to the host, I ended up not staying there for the health and safety of my family. The host has refunded me a generous $95 out of the $1184 I paid.
Our must haves: A toddler friendly place with a garage that we can enter/exit the unit from. Sanitary conditions for washing toddler clothes.
BEWARE:
- The garage is literally a dump with old toilets, furniture, cobwebs, random junk precariously placed, dirty, water on the floor, looks like never been cleaned. Totally unsafe and unsanitary.
- The washer/dryer are in this garage. Imagine washing your precious baby’s clothes in a dump, right beside an old toilet, in machines that look like they’ve never been cared for.
- Due to junk your car will not fit.
- Really touched up photos.
- Didn't feel safe
- Upon calling "host", an intermediary will answer
Is this what AirBnb and the host think a $200 per night place should provide? Nice play, Allen was very responsive Nice place! Nice quiet place, easy to find. Close to grocery stores and restaurants, but off the main grid to be quiet and peaceful. Pictures show the unit next door to be occupied. It is, but never heard or seen them.
Alen was a Great host. Responded very quickly to any question or comment. Found a frying pan to be burnt and useable, Allen got a new one the next day! Would definitely stay there again!
