* There is one parking spot in the garage. It could fit a mid-sized SUV; but might be tight for bigger cars. Free street parking is easily available nearby.

*. Steps disclosure: This is a 3 stories townhouse and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be comfortable with stairs as there are 3 stories.
*. AC Disclosure: No AC but only tower fans are provided in the house.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.

This house was booked for a quick last minute weekend trip. All levels of the house were clean. My favorite part was a crib that was set up, we didn't have to worry about packing a pack n play for our baby. Allen was very friendly and responsive. He let us check in earlier since we got to Seattle before the check in time and wanted to leave our luggage. We would book again. This was a lovely place to be for a few days. I loved that it was two floors to be able to have space from my sleeping toddler. The parking was tricky, typical Seattle street parking and the garage was very tight to get in!
