There are 2 cottages on the lot, Unit A is the one in the front. Both are completely private and don’t share any wall or other space.

I was a little bummed out to learn that there wasn't actually that much decor in the unit and a lot of appliances I could see in the kitchen from the pictures weren't actually there. this home looks beautifully decorated in the pictures but I found that the unit itself felt like a blank canvas. there weren't half the decor pieces. Allen was an amazing host, and the communication was top-notch! I loved how they had all their information neatly organized in an online SharePoint document. It was super detailed and their cozy home was peaceful and adorable! I can’t wait to stay with them again in the future! The bathroom and kitchen upgrades were nicely done and the shower was great — but no amount of renovations can make up for serious safety concerns.
After locking up and leaving for the day, we returned to find the front door unlocked and all the lights inside turned on. This was extremely alarming and made it clear we couldn’t safely continue our stay. We chose to leave early and relocate at our own cost rather than risk our safety.
The surrounding neighborhood also felt much less secure than what was portrayed in the listing.
Travelers should be warned: while the interior looks nice, safety and peace of mind were completely lacking. No stay is worth sacrificing your comfort or security — I would not recommend booking this property. This was our second time to stay at this location. Both times were just right for our needs. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and felt very safe. Allen was kind and very communicative. The furnishings, kitchen and bathroom were clean, simple and nicely done. Highly recommend.
