* We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
* There is no assigned parking spot, however, free street parking is easily available nearby.

*. Steps disclosure: This is a 3 stories townhouse and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be comfortable with stairs as there are 3 stories.
*. AC Disclosure: 2 mini split AC. One in the top floor master bedroom. The other mini split AC is in living room on the 1st floor. No AC but only tower fans in other bedrooms.
*. Noise disclosure: The house is on the road; you may hear car noise occasionally. Light sleepers may want to use earplugs for a more restful stay.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.

I stayed in this townhouse in Seattle for an entire month, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The space was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described—if not better. It had everything I needed for a comfortable long-term stay and felt like a true home away from home. The location was convenient, and the neighborhood felt safe and welcoming. Overall, it was 100% worth the money, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommend! Allen was a great host with excellent communication. We will be booking with him again if we are in the area. Allen is a great host I highly recommend booking with him Nice stay and the host is very responsive. Pics are up to date and accurate. Very easy check in.
