*. Step Disclosure: There is no step at the entrance of the building. There is an elevator leading to our unit on the 2nd floor and there is a fright of stair in the unit to the upper-level loft.

*. Parking Disclosure: 1 designated garage parking (No.30). Free street parking only from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The building garage entrance is in the back of the building.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.

What an amazing place! Right in the heart of Belltown, close to everything, spotless and super comfortable! We especially appreciated the beautiful natural light from the windows and the comfy king size bed. The parking spot is a huge plus too. Will definitely stay here again. This place was an excellent location ! Walkable to the Market, museums, excellent restaurants. The condo was safe, amazingly clean, well stocked with plush towels and anything else you needed. Also very quiet…no neighbor noise. Book it for a nice Seattle getaway!
