* AC disclosure : There are 3 mini split AC in 3 bedrooms. However, there is no AC on the 1sf floor (Living room and kitchen). Fans are provided.
* We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
* We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.

I loved my 4-month stay in Allen's U-District home. Comfortable, clean, and fully equipped! Great stay and fantastic townhouse. everything was perfect! Ideal location for visiting my son at UW.
