Our family friendly home is right next to the famous BG trial.
The focal point is the spacious living room with 15 feet high ceiling, wet bar, and abundant natural light. it’s designed for you to relax.

*. Steps disclosure: 4 stairs at entrance. This is a 4 stories single family house and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be comfortable with stairs.
*. AC Disclosure: 1 mini split AC in the master bedroom on the top floor. No other AC but only tower fans are provided in the house.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.

Awesome Property
What an awesome property! Love the layout of the property and the decor. This home is spacious and comfortable. There is a lovely water view that's wonderful to take in from one of several balconies. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. I'd give this home higher stars if I could! C

Beautiful property
Great house in a very nice neighbor with a fantanic view of the lake. We enjoyed our morning coffee's on the deck watching a bald eagle perched on a nearby tree. very peaceful!
