* We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
* There is no assigned parking spot, however, free street parking is easily available nearby.

*. Steps disclosure: This is a 3 stories townhouse and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be comfortable with stairs as there are 3 stories.
*. AC Disclosure: 2 mini split AC. One in the top floor master bedroom. The other mini split AC is in living room on the 1st floor. No AC but only tower fans in other bedrooms.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.

Excellent
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property, very clean, well appointed and the property manager was extremely helpful. I highly recommend a stay here, and would do so again in future. Lovely place, Feel like home We had a great stay in Seattle. The location was close to the airport and it was only a 15-20 minute drive to all the local attractions. We loved the top floor deck and enjoyed the restaurants and bakery that were down the road.
